Who is responsible for tools, supplies, and materials?

Your pro will come equipped with the basic tools they’ll need to get the job done, along with basic supplies like nails, screws, and glues.

For larger materials (like drywall or fixtures being installed) or replacement parts, you’ll need to provide these items. If you’re unsure, reach out to your pro directly and discuss the details of your project or provide them with photos. You’ll be able to contact your pro 24 hours before your booking begins.

For furniture assembly:

The furniture must come with all parts necessary to assemble. Check your item before the booking to make sure that all the pieces are accounted for and are in good repair.

For television mounting:

Your pro will come with all the tools necessary to mount your television, but the actual mount is not included in the service. You'll need to purchase a mount and confirm that it has all the pieces required for installation before your appointment.

For jobs involving ladders:

If your booking will require the use of a ladder, it’s good to give the pro notice before your appointment so that they can bring the appropriate size. You can also provide them with photos if it helps show the location where the fixture will be placed.
