How do I reschedule my Wayfair booking?

 

Please Note: If you're having trouble rescheduling your booking through the links in your email or through the Angi platform, please reach out to our customer experience agents using the red chat icon in the bottom right corner. Our agents will be happy to help you get your booking rescheduled to a time that works for you.

 

If your booking date or time no longer works with your schedule or your delivery date has been delayed, don’t worry! Rescheduling your booking is easy and can be done through either Angi or the Wayfair website. 

Note: If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking's scheduled start time, please reach out directly to an Angi or Wayfair agent for assistance.

 

To reschedule through Angi:

On the Angi site:

  1. Log in to your Angi account. (First time logging in? Use the email address you created your booking with and use password reset to set your password.)
  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Select 'My projects'
  4. Choose the date and time you’d like to move the booking to.
  5. Click the 'Reschedule' button.

In the Angi app:

  1. Tap the Projects icon on the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap into the booking you want to reschedule.
  3. Scroll down to the reschedule booking button and tap.
  4. Select the date and time you’d like to move the booking to.
  5. Tap the 'Confirm Reschedule' button.
  6. After you reschedule the booking, you'll receive an email confirming the new date and time. 

To reschedule through your order on Wayfair.com:

To reschedule through your order on Wayfair.com:

  1. Navigate to My Orders on Wayfair's website
  2. Click the Reschedule button for the relevant order
  3. Select and submit your reschedule request date and time 
  4. A pop-up message will confirm that your request has been successfully submitted

You'll also receive an email confirmation from Angi with your updated appointment time.
