What can I do if my pro arrives late or leaves early?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience. We ask all our customers to please allow 30 minutes after your appointment is scheduled before reporting lateness.

If your pro does arrive late, you can report it by going to the Bookings section of your app and selecting “My Pro Hasn’t Arrived Yet”.
