What can I do about poor quality of service?

We're sorry to hear that your service didn't live up to your expectations. Your satisfaction is our goal — so if you’re not happy, we’ll work to make it right.

In those rare instances where you’re not satisfied with your service, you can request a redo of your service within 30 days of your booking date.
